  • Generate clear monthly and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and presentations for senior managers and external clients
  • Facilitate multi-discipline planning workshops and secure formal acceptance of baselines and re-forecasts
  • Coach junior planners and help raise local planning maturity against company and industry standards
  • Ensure every schedule meets contractual, regulatory and quality requirements applicable in Victoria

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level planning track record on real-estate, infrastructure or related capital projects
  • Expert facility with modern planning platforms (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or equivalent)
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and contract programmes and translate them into workable logic
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills that keep all parties engaged and informed
  • Relevant degree in engineering, construction management, project controls or a comparable discipline
  • Self-motivation balanced with a collaborative style suited to matrix project environments
