Enterprise Account Executive, MN

Rubrik is hiring a full-time Enterprise Account Executive based in Montpelier, Washington County, to lead sales efforts and drive customer success in the resilience and cybersecurity market.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rubrik, you'll take ownership of high-value customer relationships and guide organizations through their journey to achieve enterprise-wide resilience. You'll work with cross-functional teams to help companies and government entities protect themselves against cyber threats, malicious actors, and operational disruptions. This is a full-time position where you'll combine consultative selling with deep technical understanding to close strategic deals and expand customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level accounts and key decision-makers
• Identify customer needs and present solutions that address cybersecurity and operational resilience challenges
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract closure
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer expansion
• Collaborate with solutions architects, product specialists, and support teams to ensure successful implementations
• Contribute to pipeline development and forecast accuracy in alignment with team goals

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience selling enterprise software or IT solutions, ideally in cybersecurity or data protection
• Strong track record closing complex, high-value deals with large organizations
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to C-suite and IT leadership
• Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
