Triage Staffing LLC is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a full‑time assignment in Peoria, IL, offering a weekly rate of $1,826.

About the Role

This 13‑week travel position begins on July 13, 2026 and places you in a clinical setting where you will deliver outpatient and/or inpatient rehabilitation services. The schedule consists of four 10‑hour day shifts each week, averaging about 30 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional status and therapy needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address mobility, strength, and pain management.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities consistent with best practice guidelines.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with state licensure requirements, facility policies, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and attend required staff meetings or in‑services.

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois.
• BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in orthopedic, neurologic, or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and team dynamics.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and standard PT documentation practices.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care while maintaining professional boundaries.
