About the Role

This is a temporary travel assignment for a Physical Therapist at a Wilmington, MA healthcare facility. You'll work a standard full-time schedule of 40 hours per week across five 8-hour days, with shifts running from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The contract runs for 13 weeks, with an immediate start date available.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment findings
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed
• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical team members
• Educate patients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs

What We're Looking For

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Massachusetts
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Proven clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a temporary contract position
