This full-time CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver position provides a stable career with consistent, locally-based routes in and around New Brighton, Ramsey County. You'll operate a commercial tractor-trailer serving restaurants, grocery stores, and food service facilities throughout your territory, returning home daily. The role emphasizes both operational excellence and building strong relationships with the customers you serve.
What You'll Do
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely on assigned local delivery routes within Ramsey County and surrounding areas
- Unload and deliver fresh produce, proteins, frozen foods, dry goods, and other food service supplies to customer locations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and complete required logistics records
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure DOT compliance
- Provide professional customer service, ensuring on-time, damage-free deliveries
- Perform manual loading and unloading of products with efficiency and care
