Towne U.S. LLC is hiring a Travel Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Midway, Chaves County, New Mexico, available to start as soon as possible. The Opportunity

As a Travel Occupational Therapist with Towne U.S. LLC, you'll provide specialized therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, making a meaningful difference in patients' lives while maintaining the flexibility of a temporary assignment. Working full-time with 40 hours per week on a daytime schedule, you'll collaborate with experienced healthcare teams across a 13-week engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to inpatient rehabilitation patients, promoting functional recovery and independence
• Perform comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic techniques focused on activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive restoration
• Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed clinical documentation per facility protocols
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals
• Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and home safety recommendations

Skills & Qualifications

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or valid COTA certification
• Proven experience in inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or hospital settings
• Proficiency in functional assessment tools and treatment planning
• Strong clinical judgment and patient interaction skills
• Ability to document thoroughly and communicate clearly with team members
• Flexibility to adapt to different facility protocols and patient populations
• Current BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers
