This is a full-time travel position based in the Kenwood and greater Santa Rosa area of Sonoma County, California, with a start date as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and design individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

- Track patient progress and adjust therapy goals based on measurable outcomes
- Coordinate with the broader care team to support each patient's recovery journey
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with facility standards
Qualifications
- Active, valid Occupational Therapist license eligible for practice in California

- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment at roughly 30 hours per week
- Willingness to work 10-hour night shifts
- Flexibility to relocate temporarily and adapt quickly to a new clinical setting
