Trainee Technische Vertriebsleitung (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in the Deißlingen area that is seeking a Trainee Technical Sales Manager to develop into a leadership role. In this position, you will:

• Learn the product portfolio and technical solutions through hands-on experience
• Accompany experienced colleagues on customer visits and consulting meetings
• Support the technical and commercial preparation of proposals and quotations
• Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable technical solutions
• Work closely with project management, technical teams, and senior leadership
• Assist with new customer acquisition and the development of existing client relationships
• Learn to manage technical projects from initial inquiry through successful implementation
• Gradually take ownership of your own clients and sales projects
• Progress toward assuming the technical sales leadership role

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• A completed technical apprenticeship with further qualification as a technician or master craftsperson, a technical degree, or comparable qualification
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and interest in energy technology solutions
• Enjoyment of customer contact, consulting, and sales activities
• Strong communication skills and a convincing presence
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to develop professionally and personally
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Valid Class B driver's license
