Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tech services provider in Hamburg seeking technical support specialists to assist private individuals with everyday technology issues. You will respond to service requests through a mobile application and travel to customers' homes to provide on-site support. This is not a remote position – all assignments take place at the customer's location.

Support areas include Windows systems, Android devices, iOS devices, macOS, internet connectivity, printers, and television setup. During the application process, you can qualify for one or multiple support categories based on your expertise.

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical aptitude and genuine interest in digital devices
• Practical knowledge of PCs, internet systems, smartphones, and home networks
• Friendly, service-oriented communication style with non-technical users
• Reliable and independent working approach
• Ability to travel to customer locations in Hamburg
• No formal certification or specific degree required

Pay

Compensation starts at €40 per hour for accepted assignments. Additional compensation for travel and specialized work may be available depending on the assignment.
