About This Opportunity

We are representing a premium beauty and skincare institute with multiple locations across Munich. Our client specializes in advanced facial treatments, professional skincare consultation, and cutting-edge cosmetic technologies. They are seeking an experienced Senior Косметолог (Косметолог/Kosmetiker:in) to join their team in a full-time or part-time capacity.

This role offers the opportunity to work with high-end skincare products and state-of-the-art treatment equipment in a professional, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert skincare consultations and product recommendations to clients
• Perform professional facial treatments, face workouts, eyelash lifting, brow styling, and makeup applications
• Operate advanced cosmetic equipment including microdermabrasion, micro needling, LED light therapy, ultrasound, oxygen treatments, and hydra-infusion systems
• Support product assortment planning and merchandise presentation
• Handle administrative and organizational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Completed professional training as a косметолог (Kosmetiker:in) with several years of hands-on experience
• Proven expertise in facial treatments, device-based cosmetic procedures, medical beauty applications, and sales consultation
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatment protocols, and active ingredients
• Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and point-of-sale systems
• Genuine enjoyment of client interaction with a friendly, professional appearance
• High degree of responsibility and reliability
• Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (32–36 hours/week) availability
