Technical Success Manager – Get A Job.ai Forma (Construction Specialist)

Overview

Our talent team is representing a confidential construction technology organization seeking a Technical Success Manager with deep AEC industry expertise. This role focuses on driving digital transformation for enterprise construction clients across EMEA, with a particular emphasis on modern cloud-based construction management platforms.

You'll work remotely across Germany and the wider EMEA region, partnering with major construction and engineering organizations to solve complex workflow challenges through technical implementations, training, and strategic guidance. Expect regular travel to client sites and occasional office visits.

Responsibilities

• Discover customer business processes, technical workflows, and requirements to build trusted advisor relationships supporting digital transformation initiatives
• Develop and document processes that enable construction organizations to adopt cloud-based collaboration platforms and unlock operational value
• Align implementations with digital transformation change management best practices, empowering teams to adopt new processes and workflows
• Partner with account teams to deliver on customer success plans, including health checks, custom workflows, training sessions, dashboards, reports, and integrations
• Influence product roadmaps by demonstrating business impact and collaborating with product teams to prioritize customer requirements
• Maintain expertise in construction industry technologies, trends, and challenges to provide strategic guidance
• Serve as technical expert across the platform, challenging customer assumptions and demonstrating value through technical analysis and demonstrations
• Share best practices, competitive intelligence, innovation insights, and lessons learned with internal teams
• Build personal and company brand through social media networks and public forums to establish credibility

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry and/or AEC technology sector
• Proven track record leading successful technology change management projects, implementations, and programs in construction environments
• Strong capability in platform data analytics and dashboarding
• Deep understanding of construction workflows and their changeable, complex nature
• Curious mindset to uncover customer challenges, industry trends, and workflow requirements when adopting new technology
• Ability to translate customer business use cases into product feedback and contribute to roadmap discussions
• Genuine passion for advancing the construction industry through technology
• Enthusiasm for diving into technical product details and exploring platform capabilities
• Comfort with regular travel to customer sites across EMEA
• Professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus
