Technical Program Manager, HPC

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead high-performance computing infrastructure delivery. This is a critical role overseeing the deployment and production readiness of large-scale HPC clusters that power advanced AI systems. Based in Paris, you'll coordinate with data centers, infrastructure providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet technical, operational, and budgetary objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of HPC cluster projects from hardware deployment through production readiness
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and critical milestones to ensure on-schedule completion
• Allocate resources strategically and manage budgets to support infrastructure goals
• Negotiate agreements with data center operators and infrastructure vendors
• Facilitate collaboration across engineering, operations, and business teams to align technical objectives
• Communicate project status and strategic direction to executive stakeholders
• Implement quality control processes to maintain project standards and deliverables

What We're Looking For

• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in HPC environments
• Deep program management expertise with demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels
• Strong negotiation capabilities for vendor and partner engagements
• Collaborative mindset with experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel as needed to support project delivery
