Technical Delivery Manager – Munich

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing legal technology company seeking a Technical Delivery Manager in Munich. Our client builds AI-powered platforms that serve enterprise legal teams across global markets. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead technical implementations, drive customer success, and work at the intersection of product, engineering, and client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration projects from kickoff through go-live, owning technical documentation, test plans, and rollout execution
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during implementation and early adoption phases, including proactive monitoring and stakeholder communications
• Configure and support customer environments including SSO, DMS integrations (iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments), and API-based connections
• Provide dedicated post-rollout technical support for enterprise clients, troubleshooting advanced issues and ensuring high satisfaction
• Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align on requirements and delivery timelines
• Deliver technical training and guidance to customer teams on configuration, workflows, and best practices
• Feed implementation insights back to product and engineering teams to improve future deployments

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in technical delivery, implementation management, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Strong hands-on experience with SSO, authentication protocols, and enterprise integrations (DMS platforms, APIs)
• Excellent project management skills with a structured, proactive approach to managing multiple parallel implementations
• Ability to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences
• Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• French language proficiency is an advantage but not required
