Talent Acquisition Manager GTM

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager focused on go-to-market functions in France. In this role, you will:

• Headhunt top-tier profiles across Sales, Marketing, and Support functions by proactively sourcing and engaging outstanding talent after identifying hiring needs with team leaders
• Assess applications and manage candidate screening, conducting pre-qualification interviews for assigned positions
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience while applying competency-based assessment methodologies throughout the hiring process
• Proactively engage and manage internal stakeholders, coaching hiring managers and sharing recruitment best practices
• Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify what's working and where improvements are needed

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with a proven track record in commercial hiring within high-growth environments. Specifically, you have:

• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing company and/or specific experience hiring go-to-market, commercial, or business profiles
• Mixed agency/search firm and internal TA experience
• Headhunting experience developed through best-in-class sales-led organizations
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and employees
• Proficiency with productivity tools and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a structured manner
• Curiosity, a love of learning, and comfort working autonomously
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills combined with analytical rigor
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
