About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential international recruiting organization seeking a Talent Acquisition professional with French fluency to join their growing team. This is a 100% remote, freelance position based in France.
Our client operates across multiple continents with a diverse, multilingual team. They specialize in connecting exceptional talent with rapidly scaling companies. As a Talent Acquisition professional on their team, you'll play a central role in shaping how they identify, engage, and deliver outstanding candidates to their clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies in collaboration with management to discover new candidate pipelines
- Conduct direct sourcing through platforms including LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and advanced search techniques
- Perform thorough screening calls with candidates to assess fit and understand their career goals
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics alongside Project Managers and Client Managers
- Provide insights on candidate market trends and talent landscape to support client delivery
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience, building strong relationships and your professional reputation
- Collaborate closely with experienced recruiting professionals in a supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-driven setting
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Proven ability to thrive in target-driven, goal-oriented environments
- Growth mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Strong team collaboration skills and commitment to collective success
- Comfort working in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities
- Fluency in both English and French (additional languages are a plus)
