Trading Specialist- Greater Phoenix, AZ Area

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential financial services organization in their search for a Trading Specialist in the Greater Phoenix, AZ area. In this role, you'll support investors with trading, investment, and account-related needs while helping build lasting client relationships. You'll guide clients through market activity, process complex securities transactions, and provide education that empowers informed financial decisions. Through personalized inbound client support, you'll build trust and identify opportunities to connect clients with additional solutions.

Note: Immigration sponsorship will not be available for this position. Your primary residence must be within a 90-mile radius of the approved branch sites in Chandler, Peoria, Phoenix-Biltmore, or Scottsdale at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with a broad range of trading, investment, and account-related inquiries through inbound interactions
• Guide clients through market activity and help them navigate financial decisions with integrity and confidence
• Process complex securities transactions across multiple product types including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals
• Break down complex investment and trading concepts into clear, relatable explanations for clients
• Apply regulatory and policy requirements while delivering accurate and compliant client support
• Uncover client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate offerings and solutions
• Build trust and strengthen client loyalty by delivering personalized, high-quality service
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For

• Active Series 7 license (required)
• Series 63 license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry developments
• Understanding of securities transactions across various product types
• Ability to apply regulatory requirements while maintaining exceptional client service
• Consultative approach to client interactions with excellent active listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when processing transactions
• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Working Model: This role requires full-time onsite presence in the Greater Phoenix area.
