Sys Engr – RF Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace and defense organization seeking an RF Systems Engineer for their facility in Aurora, Colorado. This is an onsite role supporting critical national security programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test radio frequency systems and components
• Perform RF system analysis, modeling, and simulation
• Support integration and testing of RF hardware and subsystems
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on system-level requirements
• Document technical specifications, test results, and design decisions
• Troubleshoot and resolve RF performance issues

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related technical field
• Experience with RF design, testing, and analysis
• Knowledge of RF test equipment and measurement techniques
• Understanding of electromagnetic theory and antenna principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Security Clearance Required: Must possess an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to start date
• U.S. Citizenship Required: Only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance
• Ability to work onsite in Aurora, Colorado
