About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential proptech client in Paris who is seeking an alternance (apprenticeship) Customer Care Representative to join their growing customer success department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone pursuing studies who wants hands-on experience in client relations within the French real estate technology sector.

You'll join a 15-person Customer Care team responsible for supporting clients throughout their platform journey, answering questions on topics ranging from software usage to property management, accounting, legal matters, and building works. This role requires close collaboration with commercial teams and internal specialists to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries across multiple subjects including platform usage, routine property management, and accounting matters
• Train and educate clients on product features and functionality
• Create and maintain knowledge resources such as videos, articles, and contextual help content
• Support clients with banking account opening processes
• Manage incoming client correspondence
• Collaborate with legal, works, accounting, and commercial teams to resolve client issues
• Participate in a structured onboarding academy covering product knowledge, market understanding, and customer relations techniques

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an alternance program requiring 4 days per week in-company and 1 day in school, or 3 weeks/1 week rhythm
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with written communication via email
• Excellent attention to detail and impeccable spelling/grammar in French
• Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach
• Autonomous worker who takes initiative
• Curious and eager to learn
• No prior real estate or property management experience required—comprehensive training provided

Contract Type: Alternance (1-2 year apprenticeship contract)

Compensation: Grille Syntec scale (standard French apprenticeship framework)
