Territory Account Executive – Mid-Market France

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Territory Account Executive to join their Mid-Market team in Paris. This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the Paris office.

Our client operates a collaborative work platform used by hundreds of thousands of organizations globally. As a Territory Account Executive, you'll own the complete sales cycle—from territory mapping and outbound pipeline generation through relationship building, negotiation, and deal closure. You'll serve as a trusted advisor helping prospective customers understand how technology solutions can address their business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial territory mapping through contract negotiation and close
• Generate outbound pipeline and build relationships with key stakeholders in your assigned territory
• Act as a trusted digital advisor to current and prospective customers, understanding their business challenges and strategic goals
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities through business development and strategic market mapping
• Meet and exceed sales quotas consistently
• Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to maximize customer value
• Navigate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders while maintaining a consultative selling approach
• Partner with customers long-term to support their growth and ongoing success

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company
• Experience with strategic digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated track record of success and quota overachievement
• Proven ability to manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders
• Strong consultative selling approach
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and solution-oriented thinking
• Collaborative, high-energy team player
• Effective time management and prioritization skills with consistent ability to meet deadlines
• Native-level fluency in French required
• BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
