About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential property management technology company based in Marseille. Our client is seeking an apprentice accountant to join their condominium accounting team. This alternance position offers hands-on experience in a key real estate function, supported by experienced mentors and modern tools.

Location: Marseille, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France
Contract Type: Alternance (work-study program)
Start Date: September/October 2026
Schedule: 3 weeks in company / 1 week in training

Responsibilities

Working alongside an experienced tutor and confirmed accountant, you will contribute to managing a client portfolio. As you develop your skills, you will progressively take on your own portfolio with full autonomy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing and tracking invoices, depositing checks
• Preparing accounting annexes and verifying annual accounts
• Recording water meter readings
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Managing the distribution of service charge calls
• Responding to client accounting inquiries
• Participating in accounting entries for new condominium properties
• Contributing to platform improvements alongside product and technical teams
• Serving as an internal point of contact on accounting matters for other departments

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an accounting training program
• Interest in the real estate sector
• Conscientious approach with demonstrated autonomy
• Strong adaptability and capacity to learn
• Client service orientation with focus on satisfaction
• Proficiency in French required for this role

Pay
