Sys Engr – RF Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace and defense organization seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join their technical team in the Denver metro area. This is an onsite role supporting critical defense programs that require an active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test RF systems and components for defense applications
• Perform RF analysis, simulation, and validation of electromagnetic systems
• Support integration and testing of radio frequency hardware
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on system-level requirements
• Document technical designs, test procedures, and system performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve RF performance issues

What We're Looking For

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
• U.S. citizenship required (only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance)
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related technical field
• Hands-on experience with RF design, testing, and analysis
• Knowledge of electromagnetic theory, antenna systems, and RF circuit design
• Familiarity with RF test equipment and measurement techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work onsite in the Aurora, Colorado area
