Strategic Projects Internship (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy technology company in Berlin seeking a Strategic Projects Intern to drive go-to-market initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Develop and own go-to-market strategies, including target audience analysis, competitive assessment, and market opportunity identification
• Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure market-fit positioning across the product portfolio
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches alongside marketing, sales, and customer operations
• Analyze performance KPIs, identify optimization levers, and implement concrete improvement measures

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates who bring:

• Current enrollment in a business, technical, or technology-focused degree program
• Practical experience in go-to-market, product/commercial roles, consulting, business development, or startup/scale-up environments
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, capable of deriving actionable recommendations from market and KPI data
• Entrepreneurial mindset with performance orientation and strong execution capabilities
• Business-fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
