Sterling Account Executive

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in Manchester that provides secure collaboration and business process solutions for M&A, capital markets, and corporate development professionals. We're seeking an Account Executive to drive new business development and enhance client relationships across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Create effective approaches to drive new revenue and close new business opportunities
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities through strategic prospecting
• Develop prospective leads via cold calling, internet research, networking events, and direct marketing
• Present solutions via one-on-one, group, online, and in-person meetings
• Quote, manage, and bill projects daily, coordinating with clients and production teams to ensure smooth and profitable operations
• Provide customer support and manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle
• Communicate professionally at all levels of seniority within client organizations
• Develop an effective understanding of service capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven track record in sales or a client-facing role
• Experience and/or interest in the M&A space
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong presentation skills (both in-person and online)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritize, manage tasks, and work effectively in a team
• Eager to learn, embrace challenges, and driven to succeed

Preferred experience:

• Experience and/or interest in financial, professional, legal, or technology services
• Experience in a B2B sales or business development role
