About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential luxury fashion organization seeking an Assistant Business/Demand Planner intern for their Paris offices. This internship offers hands-on experience in business planning, demand forecasting, and performance optimization within a dynamic retail environment. Our talent team is seeking candidates who can contribute to data-driven decision-making and support strategic planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support sell-through reporting and performance tracking at regional scale
• Update forecasting files at SKU and size level with product performance-based replenishment recommendations
• Monitor and maintain collection delivery schedules
• Contribute to strategic presentations for purchasing leadership and commercial teams
• Participate in creating new reporting tools and dashboards using planning platforms
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and market studies as needed
• Maintain and update SKU database for data quality assurance
• Control and update product status across multiple systems
• Ensure consistency of product hierarchies across all reporting tools
• Manage order processing including creation, allocation, and adjustments in internal systems

What We're Looking For

• Previous meaningful experience in demand planning, business analysis, or similar analytical function
• Experience in luxury, fashion, or retail environments is a strong plus
• Excellent analytical capabilities with strong attention to detail and rigor
• Product sensitivity and commercial awareness
• Organized, proactive approach with entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented thinking
• Advanced Excel skills including data analysis and data manipulation
• Comfort with business intelligence and planning software tools
• Fluency in French required for this Paris-based role
• Must be enrolled in a state-recognized educational institution to provide an internship agreement (convention de stage)
• Available for 6-month internship starting January 2027
