Product Manager Intern

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Product Manager Intern to join their Paris team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Go-to-market teams to translate customer feedback into meaningful product improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting directly with customers to gather feedback, discuss pain points, and validate potential product improvements
• Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear opportunities and actionable product recommendations
• Partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering to define requirements and prioritize enhancements that improve user experience
• Aligning dependencies and facilitating tradeoff discussions with stakeholders across different product areas
• Following the development cycle end-to-end to ensure optimal product experiences are delivered in an agile manner
• Contributing to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and product demos to support launches and go-to-market initiatives
• Gathering and synthesizing usage and performance data from multiple sources including interaction logs, analytics, and customer feedback
• Identifying patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities in product workflows to create more intuitive experiences
• Researching and recommending tools and frameworks for tracking key product metrics such as latency, reliability, and usability
• Collaborating with teams to define and monitor KPIs aligned with product goals
• Helping set up dashboards, alerts, and reports to support ongoing performance evaluation and decision-making

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a curious and ambitious Master's student who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and enjoys untangling problems that cut across multiple product areas.

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a Master's student from an engineering or business school or university
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable running customer conversations—asking good questions, listening carefully, and following up effectively
• Comfortable working across teams, aligning dependencies, and navigating tradeoffs with peers and stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous internship experience in a product or project team
• Knowledge of SaaS and product development cycles
• Familiarity with modern data tools and analytics approaches
