Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and implement manufacturing processes for assembly, fabrication, and related production activities
• Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and introduce improvements that raise throughput and reduce waste

• Partner with design, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues and introduce design-for-manufacturability principles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Several years of progressive experience as a manufacturing or process engineer in a production setting, with demonstrated senior-level impact
• Strong working knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methods, and process optimization techniques
• Proficiency with CAD software and experience creating or interpreting manufacturing drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with quality tools such as PFMEA, control plans, and statistical analysis for production decision-making
• Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues while collaborating across departments
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting recommendations and training others
• Willingness to work full time on site in Devens, MA, supporting active production floors
