Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a closely related scientific field.
• Demonstrated experience in a quality control laboratory, including prior supervisory or management duties.
• Solid working knowledge of common analytical techniques, instrumentation, and data review practices.
• Proven ability to enforce documentation standards and quality system expectations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capacity to work full-time on site in Devens, MA and adapt to laboratory priorities.
