About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential retail organization based in Canada that is seeking a skilled SEM Specialist to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis. This is a fully remote position available to candidates in Morocco who are bilingual in French and English.

Our client operates in the fashion sector and is looking for a digital marketing professional who can drive performance across paid search and social media channels while supporting various business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Google Ads Management:

• Optimize ad copy including titles and descriptions
• Manage and refine keyword strategies
• Add or exclude search terms from underperforming campaigns
• Implement and update sitelinks for promotions and seasonal campaigns
• Update ad images for new collections and manage asset libraries
• Monitor and resolve high CPC keywords
• Adjust campaign budgets based on keyword trend research and user search behavior
• Coordinate with design teams and upload video assets for Performance Max campaigns

META Advertising:

• Analyze campaign performance in real-time including clicks, CTR, CPM, CPC, revenue, and ROAS
• Update campaigns for new collection launches
• Create and manage campaigns supporting store openings
• Support HR recruitment initiatives by implementing hiring campaigns and delivering daily lead reports during active recruitment periods

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, or equivalent
• Proven experience setting up and managing SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing best practices, including SEM and SEO
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Quick problem-solving abilities
• Creative mindset with interest in fashion and advertising copywriting

Technical Proficiency Required:

• Google Ads (Search Ads 360)
• Google Tag Manager
• Facebook Ads and Analytics
• Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Preferred:

• Copywriting skills
• Retail and e-commerce experience
