Spanish and English Speaking Customer Service – 2nd Shift

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential retail organization seeking a Spanish and English Speaking Customer Service Specialist for their 2nd shift operations. This is a fully remote position for candidates residing in North Carolina or other approved states within the United States.

In this role, you'll handle high-volume inbound customer inquiries in both Spanish and English, assisting customers with orders, payments, account questions, and product recommendations. You'll work from home while maintaining professional service standards and helping drive sales through each customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls in Spanish and English throughout your shift
• Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, refund confirmations, and account inquiries
• Personalize each customer experience while problem-solving and de-escalating situations as needed
• Promote additional products during customer interactions to support sales goals
• Navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously to analyze account data and resolve issues
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and meet performance metrics
• Maintain a distraction-free work environment in your home office

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• 12+ months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment
• Ability to work a set full-time schedule including weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to various customer styles
• Comfortable learning and working in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
• Technical proficiency to troubleshoot your own equipment issues and partner with IT when necessary
• Ability to provide your own Microsoft 11 computer and additional required equipment meeting the client's system requirements
• Must reside in North Carolina or other approved states to be considered
