Solutions Director

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise SaaS organization in their search for a Solutions Director based in London. Our client is a rapidly scaling technology company transforming how global enterprises manage critical business processes through AI-powered platforms.

This is a senior implementation leadership role within a high-growth professional services organization. You'll serve as the strategic anchor for the most complex, high-stakes enterprise deployments while building scalable methodologies and developing the next generation of implementation leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, strategic enterprise implementations as Executive Sponsor, partnering directly with C-suite stakeholders to navigate organizational complexity and ensure successful deployments
• Take ownership of multi-entity, multi-ERP integration projects for Fortune 500 clients with sophisticated change management requirements
• Design and refine scalable implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery playbooks to support rapid organizational growth
• Mentor and coach Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects, fostering leadership development and cultivating a high-performance team culture
• Establish project health monitoring systems, risk escalation frameworks, and quality assurance standards to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to translate implementation insights into product roadmap improvements
• Implement rigorous governance standards while maintaining flexibility for customer-specific requirements

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of enterprise software implementation, professional services, solutions architecture, or management consulting experience
• 4+ years in senior leadership or director-level capacity at a SaaS or B2B enterprise technology company
• Proven track record overseeing complex, multi-workstream deployments for large-scale enterprises including major ERP integrations (Workday, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
• Demonstrated success scaling professional services or implementation teams from startup/mid-market to enterprise maturity
• Experience designing robust methodologies, playbooks, and KPIs for implementation excellence
• Outstanding executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Passion for mentorship and leadership development, with a track record of coaching individual contributors into strategic advisors
• Comfortable managing scope, challenging assumptions, and guiding C-level stakeholders through transformative change
• Familiarity with procurement, finance, accounting, AP automation, or supply chain workflows is a strong plus
