Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is transforming how mid-market companies manage their financial operations. Our talent team is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join their growing customer-facing team across the USA and Canada.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers, demonstrating technical capabilities while developing deep relationships with key accounts. You'll collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to design integrated financial solutions that address complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, product, and integration teams to advocate for customer-driven development priorities
• Deliver customized product demonstrations and workflow illustrations that showcase technical accounting features and business value
• Design tailored solutions based on deep understanding of integration possibilities, configuration options, and customer workflows
• Support advanced technical and accounting implementations across the customer lifecycle
• Evaluate new opportunities through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical discovery sessions
• Collaborate with product teams to develop technical assets, knowledge bases, and best practice documentation
• Act as the technical and financial expert bridging customer needs with internal engineering teams

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Background implementing business SaaS solutions with API integration experience, preferably in the financial sector
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Proficiency with IdP, HRIS, and/or ERP systems
• Strong expertise in accounting systems, controllership requirements, and finance/accounting workflows
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Technical capabilities in system design and specification writing
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Authorized to work in the USA or Canada
