Solution Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise AI company in a high-impact client-facing role. As a Solution Lead, you will own customer implementations from discovery through measurable business value, working at the intersection of finance operations, analytical modeling, and AI-enabled workflow transformation.

This is not a traditional customer success role. You will quarterback complex enterprise implementations, working hands-on with data and analytical tools while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver systems that change how businesses operate. You will translate ambiguous operational problems into concrete workflows, lead customer operating cadences, and turn field learning into product direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own enterprise implementations end-to-end: discovery, planning, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement until measurable business results are achieved
• Develop deep understanding of customer financial and operational processes, including decision rights, data flows, constraints, controls, and success measures
• Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete implementation plans, analytical models, product requirements, and explicit tradeoffs
• Work hands-on with SQL, spreadsheets, Python, relational databases, BI tools, financial models, and workflow automation to accelerate outcomes
• Lead customer operating cadences: establish clear milestones, owners, decisions, risks, and definitions of done
• Coordinate forward-deployed engineers, product teams, and data science contributors without formal management authority
• Identify adoption risks early and work directly with customer champions to establish durable new workflows
• Measure whether implementations produce intended business results and adjust systems based on evidence
• Convert repeated customer needs and field lessons into reusable playbooks, platform capabilities, and expansion opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and technical stakeholders through clarity, judgment, and consistent follow-through

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• At least 3 years owning implementations, analytical programs, customer delivery, or similarly ambiguous cross-functional work—we prioritize demonstrated ownership and learning velocity over exact tenure
• Track record of carrying initiatives from discovery through implementation, adoption, and measurable results
• Strong analytical fluency with willingness to work directly with data using SQL, spreadsheets, BI platforms, and workflow automation tools
• Ability to translate between business and technical teams and decompose ambiguous problems into concrete deliverables
• Excellent customer judgment: you build trust, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and create forward motion through difficult moments
• High agency in early-stage environments: you create structure where little exists and surface risks before they escalate
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% for customer meetings and team sessions in Bellevue, Washington

Helpful but not required:

• Experience with finance, FP&A, enterprise planning, ERP, or operational analytics
• Background implementing AI-enabled applications, decision systems, or workflow automation in real business processes
• Startup, consultancy, or lean team experience where responsibilities exceeded title scope
• Experience collaborating with engineers or data scientists and making sound technical tradeoffs
• Working familiarity with Python and relational databases

Strong candidates often come from implementation consulting, solutions engineering, technical customer success, analytics consulting, business operations, finance systems, or other roles combining analytical depth with delivery ownership.
