Senior Product Engineer

Our client is a remote-first, engineering-led organization with a small, highly talented team distributed across Europe. They move at exceptional velocity, with engineers deploying multiple times per day in a low-meeting, high-autonomy environment. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features end-to-end across the entire stack, from frontend to backend to infrastructure
• Deploy continuously—multiple times daily—as you iterate toward building world-class monetization tooling
• Collaborate with the team on architecture design, coding best practices, and maintaining high-quality standards
• Continuously enhance service quality and developer experience across the platform
• Engage directly with the developer community to identify pain points and solve them autonomously
• Jump fluidly between frontend (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS), backend (Python/FastAPI, Postgres, Redis), and cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Render, AWS)

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience building, shipping, and scaling high-quality software products
• Proven ability to ship fast and solve problems end-to-end with minimal direction
• Strong proficiency with modern fullstack technologies—particularly React/Next.js on the frontend and Python on the backend—or the ability to quickly learn new tools
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and multi-cloud environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for developer experience and product details
• Excellent collaboration abilities; comfortable working in a small, high-performing startup team where everyone leans in
• Deep care for your craft—whether that's delightful animations, thoughtful edge-case handling, or performance optimization
• Bonus: Experience as a founder, startup CTO, open source maintainer, or indie hacker
• Bonus: Background working with payments, billing systems, or developer tooling
