Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI organization seeking an AI Safety Specialist for fully remote work. This contract role focuses on adversarial testing of conversational AI systems, with an emphasis on Norwegian and English language capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Red team conversational AI models and agents, focusing on jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, and bias exploitation
• Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks
• Apply structured testing methodologies using taxonomies, benchmarks, and established playbooks to maintain consistency
• Document findings reproducibly, producing reports, datasets, and attack cases that enable actionable improvements
• Collaborate across multiple projects and adapt to varying customer requirements

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Norwegian
• Prior red teaming experience in AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing
• Structured approach to testing using established frameworks or benchmarks
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Adaptability to move across different projects and client environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in adversarial machine learning, cybersecurity, or socio-technical risk assessment
• Creative probing skills from fields such as psychology, acting, or writing
