Social Media Associate at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Social Media Associate to join their London team. In this role, you will take ownership of multi-channel content strategy and execution, working in-person at their headquarters.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing email marketing campaigns including copywriting, graphics, strategy and optimization for newsletters and promotional content
• Growing and managing LinkedIn presence as the primary audience engagement channel, testing new content formats regularly
• Expanding content distribution to YouTube and launching presence on additional platforms
• Creating and maintaining visual identity across all marketing channels through graphic design
• Optimizing website design, SEO activities, and UX improvements
• Tracking and analyzing performance metrics across all channels, working towards defined KPIs
• Managing paid advertising and PPC campaigns
• Collaborating cross-functionally to identify and share relevant content with audiences

What We're Looking For

Our client welcomes candidates at various experience levels, as training will be provided. You must hold a UK work permit. A bachelor's or master's degree is required, or you should be currently working toward university qualification.
