Social Media Coordinator at Retail Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join their London team. In this role, you will take ownership of digital content across multiple channels and drive audience engagement.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, design, strategy and optimization for newsletters and promotional content
• Growing and managing LinkedIn presence as the primary audience engagement channel, testing new content formats regularly
• Developing content strategy for YouTube and supporting launch of additional social platforms
• Creating and maintaining visual identity through graphic design across all marketing channels
• Website management including design updates, SEO activities and UX optimization
• Tracking and analyzing performance metrics across all channels, working toward measurable KPIs
• Managing paid advertising and PPC campaigns
• Collaborating with internal teams to identify compelling content and share brand progress

What We're Looking For

Our client welcomes candidates at different experience levels as training will be provided. You must hold UK work authorization. A bachelor's or master's degree is required, or you must be currently pursuing university qualification.
