Skillbridge- Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist (for Military members only)

Maximus is hiring a Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist in Dallas, Texas—a full-time role exclusively for military members participating in the Skillbridge program. You'll drive recruitment marketing strategy and manage digital campaign operations that connect transitioning service members with civilian career opportunities.

About the Role

This position bridges talent acquisition marketing and program operations, combining strategic planning with tactical execution. You'll design and launch recruitment campaigns, manage audience engagement, and measure impact—all while supporting military professionals through their career transition journey.

What You'll Do

• Build and implement talent acquisition marketing strategies that attract high-quality military candidates entering civilian employment
• Develop employer branding campaigns that showcase organizational culture and career pathways
• Create integrated digital marketing campaigns, including audience targeting, email nurture workflows, and performance measurement
• Segment audiences and craft messaging tailored to military career transitions
• Monitor campaign analytics and optimize based on engagement and conversion data
• Manage recruitment program operations and coordinate candidate touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• Active duty, Reserve, Guard member, or recently separated service member eligible for Skillbridge
• Background in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or campaign management
• Experience with email platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Ability to develop audience segments and measure marketing results
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort analyzing metrics and using data to inform strategy
