Maximus is hiring a Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist for our Yonkers, Westchester County office. This full-time role is exclusive to military service members and focuses on driving talent acquisition and marketing strategy to connect transitioning professionals with civilian career pathways through the Skillbridge program.
About the Role
You'll shape how Maximus reaches and engages military service members exploring career opportunities. This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—developing employer branding strategies, running integrated marketing campaigns, and measuring impact. Your work directly influences the success of service members' transitions to civilian employment.
What You'll Do
- Design and deploy talent acquisition marketing and employer branding initiatives
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively reach military audiences
- Create strategic frameworks that guide campaign planning and execution
- Build and manage audience segments for precision targeting and personalization
- Construct email nurture sequences that guide prospects through the career pathway
- Track results and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing talent acquisition marketing campaigns
- Strong background with email marketing, audience segmentation, and campaign strategy
- Ability to measure and interpret marketing performance data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in or experience supporting military service members and veteran communities
