About the Role

As a Digital Outreach Program & Operations Specialist for Skillbridge, you'll drive the marketing strategy that makes employers and military talent discoverable to each other. This role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition marketing, digital campaign management, and operational execution—helping transitioning service members find their next career while connecting employers with dedicated professionals.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute employer branding and talent acquisition marketing strategies aligned with Skillbridge program objectives
• Design and launch integrated digital marketing campaigns that reach military audiences and connect transitioning service members with quality employers
• Create audience segments and build targeted marketing initiatives to maximize engagement across digital channels
• Build email marketing sequences and nurture campaigns that guide both employers and military candidates through the Skillbridge pipeline
• Track campaign performance, analyze engagement data, and optimize strategies based on measurable results
• Manage operational execution of outreach programs to ensure timely, effective delivery of all marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, talent acquisition marketing, or employer branding
• Proficiency in campaign strategy development, audience segmentation, and email marketing execution
• Ability to interpret marketing metrics and translate data insights into strategic improvements
• Interest in or knowledge of military career transition and the Skillbridge program
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
