About the Role

As a Client Relationship Consultant 4, you will serve as a trusted advisor to individual and small‑business customers, helping them navigate everyday banking needs and longer‑term financial goals. You’ll work closely with teammates in the branch to deliver personalized service while upholding the bank’s standards for integrity and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement.
• Conduct financial reviews to recommend appropriate deposit, lending, and investment products that align with client objectives.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach, follow‑up, and effective cross‑selling techniques.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience that reflects U.S. Bank’s service commitment.
• Maintain accurate records in the bank’s systems and adhere to all regulatory and internal policies.
• Participate in community events and local initiatives that support the bank’s reputation and outreach efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of three years of experience in retail banking, personal banking, or a related client‑facing role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas while delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for listening to client needs.
• Familiarity with banking products such as checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and small‑business solutions.
• Proficiency with standard branch technology platforms and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include occasional Saturday hours as needed.
