Production Supervisor – Chemical Reagents

About the Role

As Production Supervisor for our Chemical Reagents operations, you'll direct daily manufacturing activities, manage team performance, and maintain regulatory compliance across our production floor. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee batch preparation, quality control processes, and equipment maintenance to meet production targets and customer delivery commitments.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor production team members, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing procedures
• Monitor chemical reagent manufacturing processes and troubleshoot operational issues in real time
• Track production metrics, maintain regulatory documentation, and generate performance reports
• Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure chemical products meet specifications and compliance standards
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and collaborate with maintenance staff on repairs and upgrades
• Implement process improvements to increase manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste
• Train production staff on equipment operation, safety procedures, and manufacturing best practices

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of production supervisory experience in manufacturing, chemical, or pharmaceutical environments
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, manufacturing safety regulations, and quality control standards
• Proven track record leading and motivating team members in a fast-paced production setting
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
