About the Role
As a Territory Account Manager based in Boston, Suffolk County, you will represent Beckman Coulter Life Sciences — one of Danaher Corporation's 15 operating companies — building lasting partnerships with laboratories and research customers across your assigned region. You'll own the commercial relationship within your territory, connecting clients with solutions that support work that ultimately saves lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory across the Boston, Suffolk County area, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with new and existing customers in the life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology sectors.
- Understand each client's scientific and operational needs and position the most relevant Beckman Coulter Life Sciences offerings.
- Maintain an active pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on territory performance.
- Collaborate with technical, service, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven success in account management, territory sales, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role.
- An interest in or background relevant to life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated and organized, comfortable owning results across an assigned region.
- Willingness to travel within the Boston, Suffolk County territory as required for an on-site, full-time position.
