About the Role

As Site Quality Control Manager for this solar installation project, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols on-site. Working directly with construction teams and project leadership, you'll monitor adherence to engineering specifications, conduct equipment and material inspections, document quality metrics, and coordinate corrective actions. Your oversight will be essential to delivering a solar facility that meets Black & Veatch's standards and industry best practices.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive quality control plans aligned with project specifications and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular inspections of solar installation work, equipment, and materials throughout the construction process
• Document quality findings, maintain detailed inspection records, and prepare reports for project stakeholders
• Identify quality issues and coordinate timely corrective actions with construction teams
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, industry standards, and applicable Louisiana and federal regulations
• Foster a quality-focused culture and support continuous improvement across the site team
