About the Role

As a Construction Craft Instructor – Electrical, you'll lead classroom and hands-on instruction in electrical construction principles, safety practices, and technical skills. Your role bridges technical expertise and education, preparing students for careers in the construction trades and equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to excel in real-world electrical environments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver comprehensive electrical construction curricula that meet industry standards and learner outcomes
• Conduct hands-on training sessions in electrical wiring, circuit installation, troubleshooting, and safety protocols
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt instruction to diverse learning styles
• Maintain equipment, tools, and training facilities to ensure safe, professional learning environments
• Mentor students on trade fundamentals, industry certifications, and career pathways in electrical construction
• Stay current with electrical codes, standards, and emerging construction technologies

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman electrician license or equivalent practical experience in electrical construction
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
• Experience instructing, mentoring, or training others in skilled trades
