Black & Veatch Family of Companies is hiring a full-time Apprenticeship & IRA Compliance Leader in Indianapolis, Indiana. Lead critical compliance initiatives for our apprenticeship programs and Individual Retirement Account practices while supporting our employee-owned culture and diverse workforce.

About the Role

This leadership position oversees compliance in two essential areas: apprenticeship program management and IRA regulatory requirements. You'll ensure both initiatives meet federal and state regulations while supporting Black & Veatch's commitment to an empowered, growing workforce.

What You'll Do

• Lead compliance efforts for apprenticeship programs, ensuring adherence to federal and state requirements
• Monitor and maintain IRA compliance standards, reporting, and regulatory obligations
• Develop and deliver compliance training for teams and apprentice participants
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and remediate compliance gaps
• Track regulatory changes affecting apprenticeships and retirement account administration
• Prepare compliance reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance to integrate compliance into business operations
• Mentor team members on apprenticeship program management and IRA administration practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in apprenticeship program compliance and Individual Retirement Account regulations
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law and retirement plan requirements
• Leadership experience managing compliance initiatives or regulatory oversight functions
• Excellent communication skills—ability to make complex regulations understandable for diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Experience with compliance tracking systems and regulatory documentation tools
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
