About the Role

As our Service Lane - Drive Line Attendant, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department running smoothly. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Arlington location. You'll be the essential link between our service advisors, technicians, and customers, ensuring every vehicle moves through our service lane efficiently and safely.

What You'll Do

• Move and position vehicles through the service lane according to work order priorities
• Perform pre- and post-service vehicle inspections and documentation
• Coordinate vehicle flow with service advisors and technician teams to maintain schedule efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized service lane and work area following safety standards
• Assist with basic vehicle detailing and final quality checks before customer pickup
• Respond to service requests and communicate with team members to support customer satisfaction
• Operate automotive service lane equipment safely and responsibly

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and care (or willingness to learn)
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
