- Foster a professional, safety-focused culture within the custodial team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in custodial or maintenance supervision within a school or similar institutional setting
- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment operation, and facility maintenance practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and motivate staff
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to health and safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional communication skills and collaborative approach to school operations
