About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished data analytics leader to drive analytical strategy and execution across Supernus Pharmaceuticals. In this Associate Director position based in Rockville, Montgomery County, you'll oversee analytics teams, develop scalable reporting frameworks, and deliver actionable insights that shape commercial and clinical decisions for our CNS-focused product portfolio. This full-time role offers the opportunity to influence how data science supports the development and commercialization of innovative neurological and psychiatric therapies.

What You'll Do

• Direct data analytics initiatives and mentor team members to build analytical capabilities across the organization
• Design and implement data infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting systems that track commercial performance, clinical development, and operational metrics
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborate with commercial, clinical, regulatory, and IT teams to define analytics requirements and validate data integrity
• Establish best practices for data governance, analytics methodology, and statistical rigor aligned with industry standards
• Lead exploratory analyses to uncover market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and optimization areas within our CNS portfolio

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive analytics experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity
• Demonstrated expertise in business intelligence, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, R, or similar languages; experience with cloud analytics platforms preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate insights to non-technical audiences
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare analytics is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus
