About the Role
As Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations at one of our premier entertainment venues, leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining our high standards for safety, service quality, and operational efficiency. You'll manage staff scheduling, performance, and development while ensuring your location runs smoothly and profitably.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and schedule team members to meet operational needs and business objectives
- Monitor guest experience and address concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies across your location
- Train and coach staff to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
- Manage cash handling, inventory, and revenue reporting
- Respond to problems in real-time, making sound decisions that support both guests and staff
- Collaborate with management to implement new procedures and optimize venue performance

- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Comfort with fast-paced, guest-facing environments and the flexibility to adapt

- Experience with basic math, cash management, and point-of-sale systems
