Facilities Maintenance Manager / Technical Service Manager (Arcade and Attractions)

Five Star Parks & Attractions is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Manager and Technical Service Manager for our Arcade and Attractions facility in Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation between $45,000 and $60,000 annually.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced maintenance leader to oversee all facility operations, equipment reliability, and technical support systems across our arcade and attractions venue. You'll own preventative maintenance schedules, respond to equipment failures, and ensure our guests experience a safe, well-maintained environment every visit.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily maintenance operations and equipment repairs for arcade machines, attractions, and facility systems
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues across the facility
• Supervise maintenance staff, coordinate work assignments, and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Track inventory, order parts and supplies, and manage maintenance budgets
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs before they impact operations
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations and guest concerns

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of facility maintenance, technical service, or equipment management experience
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing maintenance demands
• Technical proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems or similar tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to maintain compliance standards
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
